This Refund Policy outlines the refund terms for all services provided under the CONEIZ umbrella. Please read each section carefully before purchasing or subscribing to any CONEIZ service.

1. Tixwize — Event Ticketing Platform CONEIZ and Tixwize shall not be held responsible for any type of refund related to event ticket purchases. All refund responsibilities lie entirely with the respective Event Manager or Event Organizer.

In the event of cancellation, postponement, or any modification of an event, the Event Manager is solely and fully responsible for processing refunds to ticket holders. Attendees seeking refunds must contact the Event Manager directly.

Tixwize commission fees charged to the Event Manager are strictly non-refundable under all circumstances, including event cancellation or postponement. Tixwize provides no guarantee of a refund and is not a party to the transaction between the attendee and the event organizer.

2. Colanc — Software & Cloud Services Refunds for Colanc services will only be issued if an explicit refund period is specified in the invoice provided at the time of purchase.

If no refund period is stated in the invoice, no refund will be provided under any circumstances. All sales are considered final unless the invoice explicitly states a refund clause.

3. Rudracloud — Cloud Infrastructure Services Refunds for Rudracloud services will only be issued if an explicit refund period is specified in the invoice provided at the time of purchase.
